The First Touch of Magic!

The morning air felt different that day — filled with excitement, whispers, and the promise of something new. A baby had just been born in our family, and I could barely contain my joy. My father and I set out to meet the little princess, and all through the town bus ride into the next town, one thought kept running through my mind: Will they let me hold her? Will they place her in my lap? Maybe I was too little for that, but I had already decided — I would at least touch the baby. When I finally saw her, so small and delicate, I was mesmerized by her tiny hands and fingers. As expected, I wasn’t allowed to carry her or have her sit on my lap. Still, I gently reached out and touched her little fingers. Oh, how tiny they are, I thought. Then, something magical happened — she wrapped her tiny hand around my finger. Tell me a story Hashu!

This is the story that my 4 years old recited to me when i possed him with the question, "Tell me a Story Hashu". Once upon a time, there was a girl named Jayanthi with her son named Hashu. As My mother asked me to tell a story, I was telling a story about my mother and me. My grandma are talking in my mothers phone. My daddy is talking in his phone.
